I created Warrior Spirit Wellness, formerly Wilson Therapeutics, as a unique healing space for the community where people suffering from physical or emotional pain have an opportunity to learn how to help themselves. The human body wants to function optimally, and it is possible to become pain free. It is not a quick fix, however, and requires working through limitations slowly over time while simultaneously increasing body awareness.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I specialize in injury specific massage and pain relief. I intuitively use a combination of slow deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, medical grade tools for trigger points and scar tissue adhesions, as well as mobility guidance and stretching. I received training at Advanced Massage Therapeutics with a strong focus on injury rehab, and have experience working on a wide range of clients with various ailments.
I discovered my yoga practice after sustaining a severe neck injury...gentle yoga was the only activity that didn't cause intense pain. It took months of slow movement with deliberate focus of sending breath to the areas of pain, but I was eventually able to achieve relief and release inflammation. It IS possible to heal yourself from the inside out with a committed yoga practice.
I teach the importance of body maintenance by taking care of the body's soft tissues through various mobility techniques. Inflammation causes pain, and it gets stuck in the muscles and fascia of the body. I'm available for private sessions to include any combination of massage, personal yoga, mobility guidance, and assisted stretching.
Aimee teaches Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 10am.

Karen is a shaman, medical massage therapist and a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor. She is a true beam of light and specializes in alleviating chronic pain using various modalities. Karen can be seen as a lifestyle coach as she takes all aspects into consideration when addressing chronic pain including diet, soul health, stress levels, physical activity, and so much more.
Karen completed Yoga Ah!'s 200 hour Rocket I and Rocket II YTT in the summer of 2019.
Karen teaches the importance of humility and meeting your body where it is today. She knows not to judge the tighter/weaker sides of the body as the 'bad sides', but to view those areas as your best teacher. She urges you to ask yourself questions to understand what the body is trying to communicate to you. She teaches you to be more loving to yourself both on the mat and in life. Yoga is a journey to the spirit, and holding a regular practice brings deepened self awareness, self acceptance, and honor.
"Together, we will ignite our inner fire, welcome the inner teacher, and burn what no longer serves us from the inside out. I'll see you in class. Namaste" ~KAC

Kylie started practicing yoga in 2013. Up until then, she had trouble finding anything that could quite keep her mind occupied. She reveled in being able to 'turn off' her thoughts for an hour while focusing on breath and moving through different poses. Her passion for the practice continued to grow and led her to complete her Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. Kylie believes in making yoga an accessible practice for all people, all body types, all backgrounds. With breathwork, props, and guidance- learn to slow down, silence the mind, and grow a loving awareness with your body- exactly where it is. A yoga practice can cultivate many skills and Kylie is honored to help you on your journey to strength, confidence, and mindfulness. There is so much more to yoga than the physical practice!
Kylie is also a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in a variety of techniques to cater to each client’s specific needs.
If you reach out to us or follow us on social media, you’ll hear from Kylie! She takes care of everything that goes on behind the scenes AND screens. :)
Kylie currently teaches Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6pm and is also available for private yoga sessions.

Ashley earned her Registered Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT200) in April 2019 from The Studio in Georgetown, Kentucky (Yoga Alliance registered yoga school). Ashley has been a student of yoga since 2008 and is forever a student. Ashley has attended workshops on Trauma Informed Yoga as well as Yoga and Spinal Health.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2007, and is currently working towards obtaining her Masters in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation. Ultimately, she would love the opportunity to utilize the power of yoga in tandem with a therapy or counseling session.
Largely influenced from her background in strength training, powerlifting and strongman sports, Ashley loves to gear her classes around healthy movement of the body and focus on mindfulness with movement. Ashley’s class offerings tend to be a slower paced flow; yin or restorative.
“Yoga is more than the physical asana (poses/shapes). Yoga gives us an opportunity to quiet the chatter in the mind and connect with ourselves; which brings us the capacity to connect with everything else.” -AW
Ashley currently teaches on Mondays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8:30am and 10am. You can follow her on Instagram @akwilmhoff or email any questions to mailto:email@example.com
In the summer of 1997, I received a copy of Bryan Kest's Power Yoga video as a gift and began practicing every night before bed as a way to unwind. Fast forward many years (and an upgrade to dvd)…
My eyes were opened to the need for a gentle, accessible fitness program that can make improvements in the physical and the emotional. That's when I decided to pursue a certification in Yoga and, somehow, ended up with five of them. I try to keep our classes fun, open, and never too serious. I teach a blend of Power Flow with Iyengar based alignment principles. Some of my influential teachers are Judith Hanson Lasater, Phillip Clift, and Bryan Kest (by video, dvd, and one crazy workshop where I fan-girled a little).
